This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website i-condesign.ie, operated by i-Con Design, a company registered in Ireland.

We sell digital products in the form of software licenses offered on a subscription basis (monthly and annual plans).

2. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on our website are intangible digital goods delivered via immediate access or license activation.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The service may begin immediately after payment

• No physical goods will be shipped

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU and Irish consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

By completing a purchase, the customer:

• Provides explicit consent to immediate performance of the service

• Acknowledges and agrees to waive their right of withdrawal

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Accidental duplicate transactions

• Billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to: support@i-condesign.ie.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.

5. Subscriptions and Renewals

All products are sold as recurring subscriptions:

• Monthly Plan: renews automatically every month

• Annual Plan: renews automatically every year

By purchasing a subscription, the customer authorizes recurring payments using their selected payment method.

6. Payments and Data Protection

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. We do not store or have direct access to full payment card details.

Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through your account page or by contacting Customer Support at support@i-condesign.ie.

Cancellation:

• Prevents future billing cycles
• Does not result in a refund for the current billing period

Upon cancellation:

• Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period
• The subscription will not renew thereafter
